1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our, eComID AB's (“eComID”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), Size Finder integrated on retailers' websites or mobile applications (“Websites”). By using the services provided by eComID (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Please note that Websites may have their own terms and conditions. These Terms only concern our Service, and your use of the Website may therefore also be governed by other terms and conditions, which may differ from ours.
2. Services provided
Our Size Finder helps you find the right size and fit for garments available on Websites. By agreeing to the Terms, you may use the Size Finder by entering your gender, age, height, weight, body shape, and your fit preferences, which will then be used to recommend the best possible size for you for different products and brands.
3. Use of the service
3.1 Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3.2 Account and registration
No separate account is necessary to utilize the general features of the Size Finder. However, you will need to provide certain details, including your gender, age, height, weight, body shape, and your fit preferences.

How eComID processes your personal data when we provide the Service is described in our Size Finder Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). 5. User responsibilities
5.1 Compliance with laws
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service/Websites or servers or networks connected to the Service/Websites;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or Websites.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

eComID may provide the Services to you through third-party websites, operating systems, platforms, and portals, and other services, including but not limited to social networking sites and AI-based platforms (collectively, “Third Party Platforms”).
Additional terms and conditions may apply to you with respect to your use of Third Party Platforms, which are not under eComID's control. eComID does not assume any responsibility or liability for your use of such Third Party Platforms, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or content provided through them.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold eComID harmless from and against any reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) suffered or incurred by eComID arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. 11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden, without regard to its choice or conflicts of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence, according to which you, e.g., may choose to bring legal proceedings in your country of residence, or we are required to only bring legal proceedings in your country of residence.
12. Duration and termination

These Terms apply as long as you use the Service. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
12.2 Termination
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, data collection and privacy, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and eComID regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and eComID relating to your use of the Service.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and eComID's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
